Mandate Verification
Sellers complete a multi-document vetting process: company registration review, GLEIF LEI lookup, mandate documentation, and preliminary Proof of Product. Unverified mandates do not enter the deal pipeline.
Deal Room Execution
Audit-logged deal rooms support a structured document flow: LOI → FCO → NCNDA → IMFPA → SPA. Every stage tracked. Every action timestamped.
Trade Finance Lifecycle Tracking
The platform tracks the lifecycle of MT799, SBLC, and DLC instruments issued externally — uploads, verification status, expiration, and disbursement linkage. Escrow provider is mutually agreed at SPA stage. Commission disbursement is structured before escrow funding.
eBL Chain of Custody (Roadmap)
Roadmap: DCSA-compliant electronic Bill of Lading integration via CargoX or equivalent provider for cryptographic title transfer. Today, B/L documents are reviewed manually with metadata capture (BL#, SCAC, ports, eBL provider reference).
SGS Report Review
All SGS quality/quantity reports are reviewed by admin against the official SGS public verification portal. Cargo grade is cross-referenced against the listing. Discrepancies trigger immediate deal suspension and counterparty review.
ERP / CTRM Export
On deal closure, the platform generates a structured JSON payload in SAP S/4HANA, Oracle NetSuite, or generic format for direct import into buyer/seller ERP systems.
